What this site is

AVIA Flow publishes educational material for aviation students and professionals: written lessons, practice questions, AI prompts and workflows, and digital study products. It is an educational resource. It is not a training organisation, it is not a certificate holder, and it does not provide operational advice or exercise operational control over any flight.

Educational use only

Nothing on this website replaces current regulations, approved manuals, official aviation information, company procedures or professional operational judgement. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on against an authoritative source. Any decision you take in an operational role remains yours and your organisation's.

Free prompts and AI workflows

The prompts and workflows published here are provided free for you to copy, adapt and use. They are drafting and study aids. AI output must always be verified against current regulations, approved manuals, official weather products and company procedures. Do not paste information your organisation classifies as restricted into any external AI tool.

Intellectual property

Lessons, articles, images, product artwork and site design are the property of AVIA Flow unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and reference this material for your own study or professional use, and you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

You may not:

• Republish substantial portions of the lessons as your own material;
• Resell, redistribute or sublicense any purchased digital product;
• Use the material as course content in a paid programme without written permission.

The prompts themselves are the exception: they are published to be used, including in your own work and inside your own organisation.

Purchases

Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Your purchase forms a contract with Gumroad under their terms, and payment, receipts, delivery and refunds are handled by them. Refund policy is shown on each product page at checkout. AVIA Flow never sees or stores your payment details.

No guarantee of examination results

No material on this site, free or paid, guarantees that you will pass any examination or obtain any certificate. Examination outcomes depend on your own preparation and on the standards applied by the FAA or other relevant authority at the time you test.

Accuracy and currency

Aviation regulations, procedures and published guidance change. Material here is written carefully and corrected when errors are found, but it may not reflect the most recent revision of any source. Always confirm against the current official document. If you find an error, please report it.
