What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information AVIA Flow collects through aviaflow.space, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It covers this website only. It does not cover Gumroad, YouTube or any other third-party service, each of which operates its own privacy policy.

Information you give us

The only personal information this website asks for is what you enter into the study roadmap signup form: your first name and your email address. You provide these voluntarily and only when you choose to request the free resource.

They are used to:

• Send you the Free FAA ATP/ADX Study Roadmap;
• Send related AVIA Flow lessons, resources and product announcements;
• Respond to you if you reply.

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, aviaflow.space may be served through infrastructure that records standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is used for security and to understand which pages are useful. Analytics, where used, is configured to avoid collecting personal information wherever possible.

Third-party services

• Email delivery. Signup details are stored and sent through an email service provider. Their privacy policy governs how that data is held.
• Gumroad. All purchases, payments, receipts and file delivery are handled by Gumroad. AVIA Flow never receives, processes or stores your payment card details. Gumroad's privacy policy governs your purchase.
• YouTube. Lesson videos are embedded using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie domain, which limits cookies until you choose to play a video. Playing a video is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded YouTube players may set cookies once you play a video.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR. Requests are actioned as promptly as is reasonable.

Children

This website is intended for aviation students and professionals and is not directed at children. No personal information is knowingly collected from children.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
